Are all items damaged?

Hardly any of our stock is damaged, but we will always state known damage and include pictures if relevant so you’ll know of any issues in advance. If any stock has been returned due to damage or missing parts, our small warehouse team will build up the item to ensure all parts are there and work to fix any issues we can before we post.

Are items pre-owned?

No. All items are new – either direct returns, end of line stock, clearance furniture or from suppliers needed to sell stock quickly due to logistic issues. There may be a few items that have been used on display and we will always state this (when known) on the listing.

Can we come and look round the Furniture Clearance UK warehouse?

During such uncertain times, we limit the amount of people coming to the warehouse – and during lockdowns, we are unable to invite anyone to come inside and view. If you do arrange an appointment to view, please be aware that it is not a shop to leisurely browse. It’s a storage unit for us to use as a base and this is part of the reason we are able to offer such incredible prices for the furniture.

How do we confirm an order?

Historically we have only been able to take orders through our Instagram and Facebook pages, but this website will allow you to order and pay for items much easier.

How do we pay?

You can pay online with most major credit cards, applepay and PayPal. If you did want to pay cash, just make sure you get in touch via our social pay to arrange collection or local delivery.
